1. Import advice or quote
So, we import more than just cars. We do this from and to many different countries. That’s why we don’t offer standard packages, but tailor-made solutions. Based on your needs, we provide the right import solution. Consider factors such as:
- What type of vehicle do you want to import?
- Where is the vehicle coming from?
- Where should the vehicle be transported and imported to?
- Which services would you like to use?
We can assist you throughout the entire import process. However, you can also choose to use only a part of the process.
2. Vehicle purchase
Have you seen a car or another type of vehicle abroad? We assist you with the purchase of the vehicle. We handle communication with the seller and ensure that all necessary documentation and administration are in order. This way, you’ll get the best price for the vehicle, and the rest of the import process will proceed smoothly.
3. Vehicle transport
We arrange the transport of your vehicle for you. This can be by land, sea, or even by air. How we transport your vehicle depends on various factors:
- The type of vehicle
- The country of origin and destination
- The budget
- The available time
Of course, we will work with you to find the most suitable transport solution for your situation.

4. Customs clearance
Before the vehicle can cross the border, it must be cleared by customs. Marlog Europe has extensive experience with customs procedures. We ensure a fast and smooth clearance process for your vehicle.
5. RDW inspection
Do you want to drive your imported car, motorcycle, or camper on Dutch roads? Then it needs to be inspected by RDW first. In our workshop, we inspect various vehicles daily, so you won’t have to wait unnecessarily at an RDW inspection station, saving you extra transport costs.
6. BPM and license plate handling
Before you can drive on Dutch roads, you must file a BPM (tax) declaration in the Netherlands. We handle the calculation of the lowest possible BPM amount and the entire process for you. We also handle the application and installation of the license plate.
7. Extras
Do you have special requests regarding conversions, accessories, or alarm systems? Let us know. We are the right place for that as well.
8. Delivery
We deliver your vehicle safely to your desired destination. Depending on the services you require, this could be at the port or storage facility, or even at your home.
